And the Other Shoe Drops…Pre3 Presumed DO(before)A
Our friends at WebOSRoundup are citing reliable sources saying that AT&T has canceled all Pre3 orders effective immediately. If true, there may be no US release whatsoever of the promised Flagship webOS Smart Phone.
And, quite frankly, we wonder if there is even any product in the pipeline. Our guess is that HP was waiting to see how TouchPad would sell (not good), thus the continued news silence regarding the Pre3. As we near the end of August, there was still no release date nor mention from HP regarding the Pre3 in recent memory.
We certainly cannot blame AT&T for the cancellation. Why would they want to carry a product that will not be supported or promoted by HP?
